Though I suppose both she and Edamura felt a bit... in over their heads? It's a similarity they share, anyway.

As for Messmer... [Pauses. Lengthily.] I'm curious as to his opinion, because I can't imagine his list is very long. He's... discerning!

I had a similar thought about Poppy and Edamura. Fish out of water, you might call them. And as for Messmer... [ Hm. ] Well, we'd just have to ask him for that shortlist, I think.

[ It's a little hard for him to picture a match among them for the ten foot snake man. ]

Messmer's a tough one to crack. I'm not even sure he's warmed up to the idea of being here, so it might be best to avoid sending him in. But I don't want to speak for him, either.
