It seemed to me that buffet of...delicacies we had last night helped some of us engage in less superficial chats. Such is the power of a good meal, I suppose.
[Furina's not suspicious of any outside influence whatsoever.
We're all still catching up on food threads, of course, so she broadens it to a more general spread:]
Has anyone had any particularly enlightening conversations? Say, have you been drawn together by shared interests? A mutual enjoyment of our little kissing game, perchance?
[Being a little menace might blow up in her face, but that's fine.]
[HOW... Furina thinks Was he asleep? She can't recall having seen him there, though...]
We were gifted a rather eclectic meal spread, from the most delectable to the most vile. You didn't hear the flute music? Nicodème nearly killed himself with garlic bread.
Well... I get the sense he really enjoys it. There's something a little romantic about longing for the thing you can't have, but I hope next time he tries to get himself to bed so one of us doesn't have to carry him.
[. . . . . . I mean, those notions are all very romantic and he has gone around talking about things like "sparks" and "only kissing people you feel very strongly about" B U T. . .]
I don't think any of that applies to food, Furina-san.
[ She might be a little eepy... but that won't stop her from terrorizing Furina. Nothing could. Her smile is coy, and she twirls a finger in her long, dark hair. ]
Mutual enjoyment.... maybe you can give me an example you felt, sweetheart?
Furina jumps a little at having her own prompt thrown back at her. That's not how this was supposed to work. For a nanosecond, people might be able to catch her looking exactly like a blue Shocked Pikachu. Then she pulls a laugh that comes out quite loud and forward.]
Of course, I enjoyed myself very much! It was a game that I myself recommended we play, after all. Are you regretting only kissing me on the cheek, now that you know that others got a little closer?
[If she stands up to the teasing, surely that will help her survive it (lol).]
[ Furina laughs loudly and boldly, so Yingying laughs back, endeared by her challenging question. If that's the game she wants to play.... Yingying is more than willing. ]
Ahahaha. Maybe... [ She smiles, all innocence and sweet. ] But everyone saw the kiss I left you, and the symbol of my affection.
[ Her wisteria. Yingying maybe didn't have the most intimate kiss with Furina, but she's sure she left a lasting impression, and not just in Furina's eyes. ]
Unless.... shall I give you a little kiss to make up for it?
[Furina brushes a hand absently over the side of her face, first at the place where Yingying's lip color stained her skin for the rest of the night, and then up where the wisteria flower had been tucked. She'd put it with the rest of her things before she went to sleep, tucked away like any other souvenir.
It clearly left some sort of mark on her, whether it was from being the first kiss of the night, the wisteria, or Yingying's relentless teasing.]
Oh, you're really serious about all this business stuff, huh...
[ She pouts, looking off. Look at Furina being such a serious little lady. No time for even playing around or having a little kiss. She's gonna break her heart! Who will think of poor Yingying... ]
Well, then, who else did you have 'mutual enjoyment' with? There was so much going on, I didn't see all who played with who.
It's already almost evening. We'll be working hard tonight, given how limited our timeframe is! [Furina will almost be kept awake tonight pondering the situation at hand, not the same way the mathematically inclined might be but with a mind for their chances nonetheless. She knows when to lock in.] If you want a redo on the kiss, you should come find me the next time we're having a soiree.
[Wait, that's not -
But she doesn't seem to notice she slipped that way.]
Or, if we play those party games again, you could ask to be kissed on the lips like Serpilia did. She was...very forthcoming.
[ Serpilia is a forward kisser, huh.... this is amazing information which she will surely only use for good. ]
Oh? So shall I ask you again, next time?
[ Furina is practically giving her a time, date, and instruction manual for what she should do to kiss her, so she can only assume Furina has thought about it, or wants it, at least. ]
I didn't get to kiss Serpilia, though — what was she like?
That would be kissing and telling, [she says matter-of-factly, but it's accompanied by...a wink, actually. It doesn't feel so bad to be able to get the slightest upper hand on Yingying, now that she thinks she knows how to avoid getting completely caught off guard by her flirtation teasing.] I've already agreed to be careful about doing that.
And I think...if you had wanted to kiss me, really, you would have said it somehow before now.

I guess that means you're a man who likes to play with danger?

[On the one hand, it's a difficult philosophy to agree to. Ideally, it would be unnecessary. On the other...]
