WAAAAAAH AL EDAMURA WAS SO GREAT AND CUTE and I'm so glad that you brought him to the game!!

I thought you really masterfully captured his many layers (like Shrek), and I enjoyed seeing his CR unfold as the game progressed so much. I have to say that I think Edamura is one of the characters who I saw go through some of the most relationship evolution and development over the course of the month, and it was such a delight to see it grow. AYTO provides the opportunity for a lot of close CR to develop in a short amount of time while also creating a very open environment for it, which is one of the reasons I love this game format since it delivers a completely different feeling from some other Instant Pot-style short terms premises, which have their own charms!! I don't know, I just can't say enough how clear you made Edamura's progression over the course of the game and how well it translated from your writing and how impressed I was with the way you handled development in such a concise and visible way.

I also really liked your take on his time in the game as a liar who is nonetheless interested in something authentic. It might be weird to describe a character who lives in a lot of dishonest ways, but his portrayal just always felt very earnest to me. An earnest liar. That added so much richness to his development, and I think you did such a good job balancing his earnest and cute side with the side of him that's a con man. It made it soooo rewarding to track the things he revealed and things that were revealed about him--like the lore drop secrets or admitting his conflicting feelings about finding true love in such a short timeframe. Also, he's just a really funny guy, and your humor was always so hilarious and delightful to read... I really loved tagging this silly goober and seeing him all over the place and seeing him find friends and happiness... may he enjoy his new personal chef gig.

I'm looking forward to our next playtime together...which will hopefully be a lot sooner rather than later! Thank you for playing with me!
