SERPILIA... MY BELOVED...!!!
As you said in yours, Serpilia and Ringo honestly clicked right away. Their attitudes are really similar, they both know how to chill and have a good time, and they both knew that they needed to not take the show too seriously too quickly. It was a reality TV show, after all, and they're both savvy enough to keep that in mind while they're experiencing things.
I think the difference between them, then, is that even knowing this, Ringo was willing to go into things with wide-eyed naivete and excitement for trying new things, whereas Serpilia was very aware of herself and the others, and what was going on. It led to a really good, light amount of push and pull between them. Ringo felt like Serpilia was a blast to be around, while also feeling like Serpilia reminded her of a few important things to keep in mind while she "played" this game, which she honestly and sincerely tried to commit to memory.
ANYWAY!! Ringo clicked very quickly with two people, and those two people were, ofc, Furina and Serpilia. She honestly felt like she could've been matched by the algorithm with either of them; she felt like she had good balance with both, enjoyed being in the company of both, and would have had a blast with both. But Serpilia was more naturally cautious than Furina was (which was something Ringo had no problem with, honestly, given Ringo's used to cautious people like that), which means that in the end, she pitched testing her compatibility with Furina first. There was the math as well, of course, though at that point, it was honestly just that Ringo saw a lot of possibilities for Serpilia, so she wasn't very confident that it was her. She would not have been surprised to see Serpilia end up with half the cast, since she was so flexible and fun to be around.
So! She and Furina, perfect match. They talked about it, of course--that the both of them really liked Serpilia, and just because they found their perfect match didn't mean they had to just... give up on that. So there was the attempt to smuggle Serpilia into the honeymoon suite, because they wanted to be able to share that with her. And then there was the ot3 moment in the bbr which i failed to keep up with because i was fizzling out hard from mathing too much BUT. I'm sure they had an absolute blast, and it just cemented what Ringo was already coming to realize.
That Serpilia brought something to the table that neither she nor Furina could, and that there was no need to limit all of them if they were happy with what they had. Serpilia makes Ringo happy. Serpilia makes Furina happy. That's enough for Ringo; why complicate it?
Of course, Serpilia is very much a busy woman with her fingers in a lot of pies. I think Ringo understands that better than anyone, given she's a jrpg protag who likes to stick her fingers into many pies. So. She's happy to wait for when Serpilia has time for her and for Furina. Distance just makes the heart grow fonder, right? Though Ringo's not really sure her heart can grow much fonder, given how much she already likes Serpilia. But it's fine, that's another new adventure in feelings for her, which is something she's all about.
