LB!!! Yet another weird LB boy who I grew to love over the course of this game... I am entirely canonblind (for now, it's only a matter of time) so I loved getting to know Luka as Ringo did.

He truly did bring a fun aspect of showmanship and shenanigans and also "what is going on in his head???" A bit of spice to go along with our Good Group. Even tho he was also a good boy in the end which I firmly believe with all of my heart.

HIS ROMANCE WITH MAYA WAS SO CUTIEFUL, OKAY...

when i saw you were bringing luka i was really excited; i love alien stage and how complicated all the characters are, and like i said before, luka is a perfect fit for you! i've never gotten the chance to play with alnst characters in games really, so it was suuuch a treat to get to tag luka so much and get such cute cr with him 🥺 i thought you handled the different aspects of his personality like his naivete, his ViolentTM nature, his feelings about the stage, etc. all really well.

OF COURSE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT TIME WE GET TO THREAD TOGETHER AND HAVE CR!! i lift up my yuka friendship and hold it close forever

lb. . . I don't know anything about Alien Stage but Luka is sooooo good. . . I love that he's just a fucked up li'l guy trying his best. "trying his best at what" JUST TRYING HIS BEST. . . I will forever lament the crashout that could have been, but tbqh at the same time I really enjoyed him figuring out how to be a real boy (TM) throughout the course of the game. His positive character arc of genuine growth was just as fun to watch as any crashout could've been!

You are also a delightful player and even though the past two games the CR stars haven't aligned perfectly (cries in Minami and Will) I STILL ENJOY WHAT WE HAVE!! I look forward to threading with you more in other corners of DWRP!

Man, I think all of the Alien Stage characters are kind of tough to pull off by virtue of all of them being fuckied in the head, but even among them, Luka seems especially elusive, but you really did him a wonderful job! It was so fascinating watching him through the run of the game where there was the hard contrast between his more opaque "what the hell is he thinking ..." moments and the moments where he did get to genuinely fall in love and have a good time ...

Also I think you did such an artful job of making him a little unnerving while still keeping him extremely easy to play off of and fun to interact with! I think that's such a hard balance to pull off, especially when there's the temptation to either go big or go home, and while I do joke about wanting to see the Luka crash out, I think it's also fitting that in the end he didn't need to resort to that? Even if he came close.

So yes, it was so lovely getting to see Luka around, and I'm looking forward to getting to play with you more! ❤️

lb!! Once again it was so great to thread with you, and with our negative(?? mostly) CR this time. You're so quick and dynamic and down for whatever and it's such a joy!

I continue to absolutely adore your taste in characters (yes I know I've only threaded off of two so far... but I have adored them) and getting to know them through you, but Luka especially over the course of the month!! He is my special little guy now too, unnerving and tragic and super bratty all at once. I love how Poppy wanted to throw rocks at him but wasn't sure if she should but like, she still kind of wanted to. He elicited such great feelings out of people, and while I think he should have tried to inflict more violence,, he got so much good here, it was very sweet(? good. it was good) in the end.

Limon I always love seeing your crazy swerves and your attempts to cling to playing normal characters by your fingernails...almost as much as I love watching you fall off the cliff.

I'm really glad that you found a series and character that grabbed you so strongly and really appreciate that you took a chance with Luka! Even if he was in a position to keep his distance from most of the cast, I still feel like he ended up being a really good fit for the various people and personalities speckled within the group. Though his crashout was ultimately avoided, I really liked seeing him walk the razor so often throughout the game's runtime, and I'm also happy that he found someone meaningful to him in Maya. It was also really great to see him bring his math talents to the stage for catherding discussions--while you may have been burdened with the duty of math, I'm also really glad that you got the opportunity to play that angle with him. I just really appreciate how well you balanced him, feeling very distinctly separated from most of the other characters due to a lack of attachment, while also making him very "present" and connected. As always, your characters' voices are so distinct and clear, and I know how much effort you put into conveying them through the dialogue in your tags.

My only regret is that I feel he and Furina were possibly too traumatized by performing to ever really cultivate significant CR, and the timing just never aligned to do much heavy lifting with them. They are both a little stunted in their own way and I feel like it could have been like a grease fire (/pos and /neg at the same time). One day we will have the Konami Code CR that unlocks that perfect wavelength, though. I believe in us!! Just not next time if you stay on the ALNST train, since I will not be able to provide a yaoi for you.
