[ A lot of the technical jargon flies over her head... but looking at Poppy's enthusiasm, as well as her heartfelt concern for Yingying, she can feel reassured, regardless. To tell the truth, she's a little astonished, awed that Poppy can know so much about something that seems to elude all the people taking care of her in her homeland. ]

You're amazing... even that much would — change everything, for me.

[ If Poppy is telling the truth, then even if the wish fails, perhaps she might be able to connect with the outside world a little more. Against her better judgment, it kindles another spark of hope in her. Her communication through the radio waves is akin to the same contraptions that "capture the voices of ghosts," flipping through channels to create strings of words. Sure! [ Genuinely, she's so happy right now. ] Think of it like a bunch of phones that are all able to talk to each other, all at once. Like how we're all gathered here in person?
