No outright changes this week either. Week three rolls around, braced for impact as ever. The estate is still intact, the contestants are still motivated, things are looking good.

Well, aside from the fact you all had a blackout this weekend. That wasn't so good.

Either way, when Monday rolls around, Wei Wuxian seems to be in a cheery mood as he greets everyone Monday morning.

"Everyone, come here, come here. I have an announcement!"

Better go see what that's about, huh?

Oh..? That's a pretty cute nickname for Verso, then.

Isn't it? [Her full feelings about Verso are yet TBD, but regardless of how those shake out, Furina can still conduct herself...for the sake of the group.] I must admit I'm a little envious of Monsieur Nico's seamless wit with nicknames. [And this is coming from someone who's rather good at coming up with affectionate little epithets.]

Honestly, I'm having the time of my life. The hustle and bustle of the main estate is very lively, though, and I fully miss it. What would we do without your vim and vigor? [As nice as some peace and quiet and some time to sleep in without having to worry about the work ahead of them is, Shoko's probably noticed that Furina swings back around by the manor fairly often.]

[ Teasingly, ] Do you have one for Ringo-chan yet?

[ But, to her remark, Shoko does seem to recall catching sight of Furina every now and again over the last week. ]

It is a bit quieter without you two around here, honestly. Though I'm sorry I haven't managed to catch you some of the times you've been by.

[Furina's a little pink, so she deflects by huffily turning her face to the side and lifting her chin.] Well, she is my partner in organizational strategy [she might say this in an overly complicated French way, too, but don't make me figure it out], but that's a title she's had from the beginning since we devised our castwide talent showcase. Perhaps it's time to reinvent.

[Of course, half of her envy for Nico comes from her fondness for Lumitoile, those ever-glowing starfish that Ringo reminds her of so much, and that he'd rather beaten her to the punch as far as nicknames go.]

You've got a job to do, so I reject your apologies as unnecessary. Though... I won't stop you from saying any more nice things about our company. [hehe] Once we're all squared away with our ceremony results, that should leave plenty of time to catch up over tea next week. [...That's getting a little easier, too, just inviting people because she thinks their friendship is close enough to warrant it.]

Heh. I think you can definitely come up with a cuter pet name than "my partner in organizational strategy." Ringo means "apple" in Japanese, if that's anything you want to work off of.

[ Though, to be honest, she's not all too certain if Ringo's name is meant to be in Japanese...? Her sister's name is Figue, so...?? ]

But you're right. Let's go out for tea next week, then, Furina-san.

"Apple..." [Furina's voice turns thoughtful, like she's already starting to write something up in her mind. She can brainstorm when they take a break from strategizing later.] Thanks for the advice...I can certainly craft something for that!

[Furina doesn't know otherwise, though she'll certainly try whatever she comes up with out on the nicknamed one to be sure, too.]

It's a date! You should also regale me with tales about what you've been up to while Ringo and I are gone. You've been "out" often, huh?
